GOUACHES

The prevailing mood in most of my gouaches is one of playfulness in which the roles of people, toys and objects are interchangeable.  People can appear to be toys, toys become lifelike and even objects be given the parts of leading characters.

One is therefore never certain of whom or what is playing with what - or what is real and what is absurd.
